- يتوفر مراحيض يسهل الدخول إليها من قبل ذوي الإعاقة إلى جانب المراحيض العادية.
- العلامات الإرشادية المتوفرة محدودة وموجودة قرب المرحاض فقط.
- المساحة المتوفرة أمام مرحاض ذوي الإعاقة محدودة، ما قد يشكل مشكلةً لمستخدمي الكراسي المتحركة أو مستخدمي أجهزة المساعدة على الحركة.
- يفتح باب المرحاض إلى الداخل وهذا يحد من المساحة المتوفرة داخل حجرة المرحاض.
- لا يوجد نظام إنذار في حالات الطوارئ داخل المرحاض الخاص بذوي الإعاقة.
- يوجد معدات لغسل وتجفيف اليدين ولكنها موضوعة في مكان غير صحيح داخل المرحاض الخاص بذوي الإعاقة.
- يمكن للأشخاص محدودي المهارات اليدوية استخدام صنبور الماء الموجود في المرحاض الخاص بذوي الإعاقة بسهولة.
- يوجد درابزين/ قضبان مسك في المكان الصحيح بما يتوافق مع المعايير الدولية.
- يوجد مرآة كبيرة في المرحاض لتمكين الناس من النظر إلى أنفسهم.
